REV23 Cloud collects sensitive information — medical history, photo IDs, signatures. We treat that data with the seriousness it deserves: encrypted, access-controlled, and never shared across tenants.
Encrypted Everywhere
All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Data stored on Azure infrastructure with encryption at rest. No unencrypted connections, ever.
Role-Based Access Control
Owners, admins, artists, and front desk each see only what their permissions allow. Sensitive settings and data are gated per role.
Tenant Isolation
Each Cloud Studio is a completely separate tenant. One studio's data is never accessible to another — by design, not by policy.
Immutable Signed Records
Editing a template after forms are signed creates a new version. Signed release forms are rendered as permanent PDFs that can never be retroactively altered.
Identity Verification
Customer identity verified via one-time passcode during Web Sign and Kiosk check-in. ID photos captured and stored securely for authorized staff only.
Kiosk Lockdown
iPad kiosk secured with passcode and biometric authentication. Auto-resets after inactivity — no customer data left on screen.
